Do you only work on European and German cars?
European and German cars are our specialty — it's what we built our name on and why we run the factory software. But we're a full-service shop for every make: Japanese and domestic cars, SUVs, and pickups up to the F-450. Same bench, same standards.
What makes and models do you service?
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and other European makes; Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Lexus, Mazda, Hyundai and Kia; Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Ram and Dodge; and pickups from half-ton to one-ton (F-150 to F-450, Ram 1500–3500, Silverado and Sierra). If it's a car, SUV or light truck, we service it. We don't take on medium- or heavy-duty trucks like the E-450 and larger.
Do you have the dealer diagnostic software?
Yes — BMW ISTA, Mercedes XENTRY and VW/Audi ODIS in-house for European and German cars, plus professional scan tools for every other make. It's the same depth of diagnosis and coding you'd get at the dealership.
Will servicing at an independent shop void my warranty?
No. In Canada you can have maintenance and repairs done at an independent shop without affecting your manufacturer warranty, as long as the correct parts and procedures are used and the work is documented. We keep detailed records for exactly that reason.
