Prolevel Performance
Fleet maintenance & repair

One shop for the whole fleet.

If your business runs vehicles in Calgary, every day one of them spends off the road costs you more than the repair ever will. Prolevel keeps mixed fleets moving — vans, pickups, trades trucks and cars, every make, from one shop in Calgary SE.

You get factory-level diagnostics, planned maintenance that fits how your vehicles actually earn, written estimates before any work, and one point of contact who knows your fleet — instead of chasing a dealer, a tire shop and a corner garage for every vehicle you own.

Who we keep rolling

Built for the vehicles Calgary works hard

Most of the fleets we look after aren't big corporate operations — they're local businesses whose vehicles are the business. If yours is on this list, this shop is set up for you.

Trades & contractors

Service vans and work trucks that can't sit idle. We keep your crews rolling with planned maintenance and quick turnaround on the wear items that strand a job — brakes, tires, batteries, cooling.

Delivery & small business

Couriers, caterers, mobile services and shop vehicles. Predictable servicing on a schedule, so a breakdown doesn't become a missed route or an unhappy customer.

Property & site management

Mixed fleets of pickups, vans and cars across one account. One shop that knows every vehicle, keeps the records, and flags what's coming due before it fails.

Dealers, rentals & livery

Reconditioning, pre-sale and pre-purchase inspections, and keeping livery and rental vehicles presentable and road-legal — including out-of-province inspections on units brought into Alberta.

What's covered

Everything a working fleet needs, in one bay

From the routine servicing that prevents breakdowns to the heavy repairs that follow one, it all happens here — so you're never sending a vehicle across town to finish a job.

Scheduled preventive maintenance

Oil and fluids, filters, inspections and the service intervals that stop small issues becoming tow trucks.

Brakes, tires & steering

The safety and wear systems that take the hardest beating on a working vehicle, done right the first time.

Factory-level diagnostics

ISTA, XENTRY and ODIS for European units, plus full diagnostics across every other make — no guessing, no parts-cannon.

Pickups & light trucks

Half-tons through to the F-450 and heavy-duty diesels — the trucks that do the actual work of a trades fleet.

Seasonal & winter prep

Block heaters, batteries, cooling and tire changeovers before a Calgary cold snap takes a vehicle off the road.

Licensed inspections

Out-of-province and pre-purchase inspections on-site, with any repairs needed to pass done in the same shop.

How a fleet runs with us

Planned maintenance, not firefighting

1. Bring us the fleet

Tell us what you run — makes, mileage, how hard they work. We look the vehicles over and give you an honest picture of where each one stands.

2. Build the schedule

We map out service intervals that fit how your vehicles actually earn, so maintenance is planned around your work rather than around breakdowns.

3. Priority booking

Fleet vehicles get worked in quickly — because a van in our bay is a van not making you money. We quote in writing before we start.

4. One point of contact

One shop that knows your vehicles and keeps the history. Ask us about billing and records set up to fit how your business runs its books.

Why Prolevel for your fleet

Every make, one shop

Stop splitting a mixed fleet between a dealer, a tire shop and a corner garage. European, Japanese, domestic, pickups — we do all of it under one roof.

Built for working trucks

We already service pickups and light trucks up to the F-450 every day. A hard-used trades fleet is exactly what this shop is set up for.

Downtime is the real cost

We quote fast, in writing, and get the vehicle back to work — because the repair bill is never the expensive part, the idle vehicle is.

Very professional, timely, trustworthy work. I feel my older VW is in such good hands when I take it into Prolevel Performance. Great customer service, always kind and courteous.

20 years and many vehicles I went to Mercedes for service. Two years ago I learned of Prolevel. I'm never going back to the Mercedes service department again.

Best independent shop I know. I have brought my Honda and Acura vehicles there for years. Sergei really knows his vehicles and is honest about his evaluations and recommendations. I've used this place for major work that would have cost way more at the dealer.

Common questions

Fleet maintenance in Calgary — FAQ

How many vehicles do I need for a fleet account?

There's no hard minimum. Whether you run a couple of service vans or a couple of dozen mixed vehicles, we'll set up servicing that fits. Give us a call at 403-271-1111 and we'll figure out what makes sense for your operation.

What kinds of vehicles can you service?

Effectively every make a Calgary business runs — European and German vans and cars, Japanese and domestic vehicles, and pickups and light trucks through to the F-450 and heavy-duty diesels. European units get full factory diagnostics with ISTA, XENTRY and ODIS.

Can you keep my fleet on a maintenance schedule?

Yes. We'll map service intervals to how hard your vehicles work and keep the history on file, so you're doing planned maintenance instead of reacting to breakdowns. We can flag what's coming due before it becomes a roadside problem.

How do you handle estimates and billing for a fleet?

Every job is quoted in writing before we start the work — no surprise invoices. For billing and record-keeping across multiple vehicles, talk to us about an arrangement that fits how your business runs its books.

Do you do commercial and out-of-province inspections?

We're a licensed inspection facility and handle out-of-province inspections to get vehicles registered in Alberta, plus pre-purchase inspections on units you're adding to the fleet. Any repairs needed to pass are done on-site. For specific commercial inspection requirements, call us and we'll tell you exactly what we can do.

How quickly can you turn a fleet vehicle around?

Fleet vehicles get priority scheduling, and most routine servicing is same-day. Larger repairs depend on parts and the work involved — but we'll always give you a realistic timeline up front, because we know a vehicle off the road is costing you money.
