Very professional, timely, trustworthy work. I feel my older VW is in such good hands when I take it into Prolevel Performance. Great customer service, always kind and courteous.

20 years and many vehicles I went to Mercedes for service. Two years ago I learned of Prolevel. I'm never going back to the Mercedes service department again.

Best independent shop I know. I have brought my Honda and Acura vehicles there for years. Sergei really knows his vehicles and is honest about his evaluations and recommendations. I've used this place for major work that would have cost way more at the dealer.

Excellent, fast, honest! I had my BMW X5 serviced in different shops, but these guys are the best. Sergey is a very knowledgeable and honest professional. Thank you!

I took my Porsche Boxster for brakes and fluid changes at this shop. The price was fair and a lot lower than the dealership, and service was prompt.

This is my go-to indie shop for all my German vehicles. Honest, fair, and reliable service.

Came for an engine diagnostic on my F30 328i and was met with extreme professionalism and excellent customer service. Prolevel offers fair prices with very helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Sergei had my Mini Cooper Clubman back on the road and customer service was great. Highly recommend.

I have always had a great experience dealing with Sergei and his team. I left the Nissan dealership more than 5 years ago and have been taking my vehicle to ProLevel since. The team is very experienced, respectful, always upfront about cost, and my car continues to run smoothly. Thank you!

We just had a great experience with Sergei at Prolevel. We have a common problem with our 2013 Toyota Sienna, a humming from the rear axle especially noticeable at speed. Great price.

I'm terribly happy that I was recommended to bring my car to this shop. I have been to several auto shops for my beemer, and I always get overcharged. Sergei has been amazing to deal with! His pricing is very reasonable and affordable.

Amazing service and knows their stuff. The only shop I trust to work on my sophisticated import vehicles, above and beyond specialty places that specialize in imports.

Sergei is a fantastic individual, diligent, and honest. I had an intermittent issue with the blower on my truck that the dealers couldn't fix because they couldn't replicate it. He sorted it out.

I have used Sergei and his team a few times for work needed on my vehicle. They always do an excellent job and have great customer service. Sergei is very friendly, he listens to your concerns, and his prices are very fair. Pro-Level Performance will be my mechanic of choice moving forward.

Excellent people, excellent service, excellent work and work ethic. I'm so fortunate to have found this auto shop. Sergey is very honest, straight to the point, very accurate and punctual. The work he's done to my car is just perfect.

My partner and I have both brought our vehicles here and we've had an honest and transparent experience every time. The quotes were accurate and didn't change, the work was done quickly, and they accommodated us on short notice. Would recommend this shop.

I was referred to Prolevel about two years ago and I'm glad I made the switch. Serghei is such an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Communication is always great. We have three vehicles and Prolevel has become our go-to shop for repairs. Highly recommended.

Very organized, quick, and communicative. They work overtime, after hours, on weekends, they really go above and beyond. They don't pressure you; they give you the facts and let you make an informed decision. If you're looking for THE shop in Calgary, these are the guys.

Sergei was really helpful in explaining what he thought was wrong with my car. The issue was not easy to figure out but he tried several things and was able to get it repaired. He really knows his stuff and I trust him not to rip me off. Will definitely come back!

Sergei is wonderful, and I have never felt that I have been overcharged or quoted for something unnecessary, like many other auto repair shops do. The quality of service has been incredible, would not recommend anywhere else!

Absolutely one of the best auto mechanic shops in Calgary, fair prices and great workmanship. Serghei set up an appointment on very short notice and the work was fantastic. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Awesome service! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had brought my vehicle to the dealer and then to Prolevel for a second opinion, and it turned out the dealer had misdiagnosed the problem. Prolevel saved me a lot of money.

So grateful to have found this repair shop. Sergei is fantastic. He is fair priced and only does what is absolutely needed. Fit my vehicle in with a quick turnaround and I left feeling safe in my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Owner Serge is honest and does quality work at fair prices. In fact, he's gone above and beyond at times.

Truly an honest good mechanic! Compared to the dealer, pricing is half. He will not overcharge, and the quality of work is great. He can usually get my car in fairly quickly and can order parts quickly too. Highly recommended.

The absolute best. Sergey and his team are amazing. Do not hesitate to have them work on your vehicle.

Awesome shop. Sergei and his team are great. They got me in very quickly and finished the work quickly as well. They quoted me half of what the shop I usually go to wanted to charge! Will definitely be coming back.

This is the best auto mechanic shop in Calgary! The team is friendly and always so accommodating. I would not trust my car to anyone else, my only wish is that I'd found them sooner!

Best auto repair shop in Calgary, great customer service, fair prices, excellent work!

I have been to ProLevel a couple of times and will continue to go as needed. Sergei was fantastic, very personable and helpful. Gave me the best service and advice for my vehicle, and worked around my work shift to help me out.

My first time bringing my car there and the service and time did not disappoint. I would recommend this shop 100%, as this is where I'm bringing my car from now on. Thank you guys.

Sergei treats his customers really well! The service was quick, high quality and a great, affordable price. I would highly recommend this place. Prolevel will be my go-to repair shop moving forward!

Very professional and outstanding service! Highly recommended. Sergei is top-notch, knowledgeable and informative. I'm very happy with the work done on my car, great price and everything is running smoothly.

The team at Prolevel Performance were so helpful getting me on my way. I had a long drive ahead with my son, and they made it easy to get back on the road. So grateful for their help!

Sergei is a very good and friendly mechanic. Very good pricing, will offer budget-friendly alternatives if available, and I've never had my car there more than a day despite the shop always being busy.

Can't say enough good things about this place! Fast, honest and affordable mechanic.

Great customer service. Very reasonable prices. Today was the second time my car was serviced quickly and efficiently.

I'm very pleased with the technical service. Professional and high-quality. Excellent value for money. Thanks to Sergey and Eduard. I'll be back.
