Prolevel Performance is an owner-run auto shop in Calgary SE. Sergei took over the Lake Fraser Dr SE location in late 2015 and has been looking after Calgary drivers ever since — building the business on one idea: dealer-level work without the dealer-level runaround.
We made our name on European and German cars and the factory tools to service them properly, and that same bench now handles every make — imports, domestics and trucks. Through it all, the thing customers keep writing about is the same: honest advice and fair pricing.

You get a written estimate and approve it before we start. Under Alberta's AMVIC rules we can't exceed it by more than 10% without your OK.

Who owns Prolevel Performance?
Prolevel is owner-run by Sergei, a hands-on mechanic who works on the cars himself alongside his technicians. He took over the Lake Fraser Dr SE location in late 2015, and the shop has served Calgary ever since.
What makes Prolevel different from a dealership?
We run the same factory diagnostic software the dealers use, but as an independent shop our labour rates are typically well below dealer rates, and you deal directly with the people fixing your car. Independent service with the right parts and records also keeps your manufacturer warranty intact.
