Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Prolevel Performance website (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. Prolevel Performance is an independent, AMVIC-licensed auto repair and inspection facility in Calgary, Alberta. If you do not agree with these terms, please don't use the site.
The site is informational
The content on this site — including service descriptions, pricing guidance, vehicle information and articles — is provided for general information only. It may change without notice and is not a professional diagnosis of, or advice about, your specific vehicle. Pricing shown or described on the site is a guide, not a quote.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking or contact form sends us a request — it is not a confirmed appointment. We'll follow up to confirm details, availability and timing. An appointment is only booked once we confirm it with you by phone or email.
Estimates, authorization and pricing
Any price we discuss before inspecting your vehicle is an estimate. We provide a written estimate before carrying out repairs and obtain your authorization to proceed. Consistent with AMVIC requirements, we will not exceed an authorized estimate without your approval. Final pricing is set out on your invoice. These terms do not limit your rights under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act or the obligations that apply to us as an AMVIC-licensed business.
Inspections
As a licensed inspection facility, we perform inspections to the applicable Alberta standard. An inspection reflects the condition of the vehicle at the time it is inspected and is not a guarantee of the vehicle's future condition, reliability or performance.
VIN check tool and third-party reports
Our VIN check decodes a vehicle from its VIN using public vehicle data. This information is provided "as is", may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not a substitute for a professional inspection. For a full vehicle-history report — recalls, safety and the Smart Buyer Report — the tool directs you to our vehicle-history partner, CarHistoryReport.ca, which is a separate website. Any report, purchase or account there is provided by CarHistoryReport.ca under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its content or availability. We may receive attribution or compensation for referrals to it.
Intellectual property
The Prolevel Performance name, logo, text, images and layout on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through its forms.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party websites and services, including CarHistoryReport.ca and Google. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under Alberta's consumer protection legislation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prolevel Performance is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the information on it. This does not affect our obligations in respect of the repair and inspection services we actually provide, or any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the "Last updated" date above.
