Can you service my Audi without voiding the warranty?
Yes. In Canada you can use an independent shop for maintenance and repairs without affecting your manufacturer warranty, provided the correct parts and procedures are used and documented. We keep full records.
Do you have Audi ODIS?
Yes — we run VW/Audi ODIS in-house for diagnostics, coding, programming and adaptations, the same depth as the dealer.
What is carbon cleaning and does my Audi need it?
On direct-injection engines, carbon builds up on the intake valves over time and causes rough running, misfires and lost power. Walnut-blasting removes it. If your Audi has over roughly 80,000–100,000 km and feels down on power, it's worth checking.
Is the timing chain tensioner a real concern?
On certain older 2.0T engines, yes — a worn tensioner can let the chain skip, which is serious. If your car is in the affected range, proactive service is far cheaper than the alternative. We'll tell you where yours stands.
